Needing a quick and delicious dinner that’s ready in under 10 minutes? This personal sized Margherita pizza is bursting with fresh tomatoes, basil and creamy mozzarella cheese. It has an added surprise of little dollops of pesto that add a pop of flavor beyond just the traditional pizza sauce. Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated or take a long time to be delicious. I used store bought pesto for this recipe and a small premade pizza crust. If you have plenty of basil growing you can make homemade pesto.
