Individual Margherita Pizza
Fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil pizza

- 1 individual pizza crust
- 3 Tbsp red pizza sauce
- 1 Tbsp pesto
- 3 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 10-12 basil leaves
- sprinkle sea salt
- fresh cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or preheat air fryer/pizza oven.
Spread pizza sauce evenly on top of crust. Then dollop a small spoonful of pesto over the red sauce in 5-6 spots. Cut 3 mozzarella slices in half and evenly place on top of crust.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and place all over the pizza crust with the cut side facing up. Sprinkle tomatoes with sea salt. Crack fresh pepper all over the top of the pizza.
Bake pizza for 5 minutes until crust is golden brown and crispy and the mozzarella is melted. Remove pizza from oven. Cut basil leaves into strips and sprinkle all over top of pizza.
