Chocolate Mug Cake

- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet caramel hot chocolate mix
- 10 chocolate chips
Melt butter in a mug. Do 15-20 second intervals until melted otherwise it can bubble up too much in the microwave.
Stir in sugar until all the way combined with the butter. Add the milk, flour, baking powder and cocoa. You’ll want to crack the egg first, separate out the yolk and then whisk the yolk with a fork before adding.
Stir all the ingredients until all mixed together. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the cake batter and then gently shake the mug until the chips are covered
Microwave for 75 second.
Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
