almond milk

maple syrup

vanilla yogurt

chia seeds

frozen dark sweet cherries halved

sliced almonds
Instructions
In a small jar with a fitted lid add the oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt and maple syrup. Stir until everything is combined.
Add in the cherries and stir just until mixed throughout. Put lid on and keep in the fridge at least overnight until ready to eat.
Top oats with sliced almonds before eating.
