Pre-heat over to 375 F. Thaw one sheet of puff pastry.
Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into an 11x15 rectangle.
Heat 3T Nutella in the microwave for 20 seconds so it spreads more easily. Spread Nutella over puff pastry.
Roll dough into a log from the longer length. Cut in half then cut each smaller log in half length wise to expose the inside layers.
Spiral around your finger into a muffin shape so that some of the dough sits on the top to make a dome.
Place in a greased muffin pan. Brush each cruffin with egg wash (mix one egg with 1T milk)
Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes total until crispy on the outside and fully baked inside. At 30 minutes cover with foil so the outside doesn’t get too browned.
You can eat as is or consider topping with whipped cream or using a pastry bag with a medium tip to fill the cruffins with raspberry jam.
